Please show me how I can invest in your company!!! I had never heard the term “Beef tallow” in my life until I typed the words ” whipped face cream” into the search bar, and your product popped up! Thankfully, it was you and not other ceazy stuff that could’ve popped up with that search, lol. Anyways, after i read the reviews, I was ready to give it a try. I received my order very fast! I opened it right up and was very eager to try it! I remembered reading several reviewers saying “a little truly does go a long way”, so I just barely dipped the tip of my finger over the top of that fluffy surface and swiped it onto my face to feel how greasy it was…and wow! I was expecting either my finger to slip fast=too greasy, or to feel nothing, since I didn’t swipe my finger too heavily into the product. But, what I felt was almost as if I swiped a piece of silk or satin across my face. I had to do it again to make sure of what I just felt. This cream, is the smoothest, non-greasy, most-replenishing, natural product that you can use on your skin AND beyond! So, after I saw what miracles were just performed on my face, which as a side-note, I used both hands to gently, but deeply massage my face with this stuff…because the cream naturally warms up, from your own body temperature and it heals deeply as you massage with it. I was so excited that I began to rub it slowly and deeply into my arms, my elbows, my legs, my knees, my lower back, to my feet. Everywhere! I have severe dry skin, especially on my lower legs. After massaging my legs with this rejuvenating cream, there was absolutely NO dry skin and my skin was PERFECTLY hydrated. A true miracle product! I’ve suffered with severe back, neck, knee and joint pain for my entire life. These days lately, the arthritis that I have throughout my body is debilitating. While I was rubbing these areas, I could feel that beautiful, natural heat building and a HUGE pain relief. This is huge! You are HUGE! Once people use this as a muscle rub, they won’t use any of that other stuff anymore!!! I am walking proof! Since I’ve used your product, the pain from my arthritis and my many other back and neck problems is way more manageable. I can rebound faster after laying in bed all night to an upright person who can get around in the morning. I have been using it twice a day so far and I’ve never felt happier and full of hope for pain relief! By the way, after of all of those applications to myself, entire body rubs…I still have almost have a jar left. “A little Truly does go a long way”. We endeavour to process orders received by 13:30 (pallet and oversized orders by 12:00) Monday-Friday for same day despatch. Intervening holidays such as Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and other public holidays may affect delivery times.

 

All orders are insured, tracked and shipped with DHL or delivered on one of our company vehicles.

Items Damaged In Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, your rights will be affected unless you report it to us within 48 hours. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, you should sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly.

Subject to our Terms & Conditions, once the damaged goods are received back at our distribution centre, we’ll issue a replacement or credit note and full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

If immediate replacements are required we will invoice you for these goods.

 

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order please email [email protected] as soon as possible. We will refund all payments less any carriage charges incurred within 7 days. If an order has shipped, you will need to return it unopened, once we receive the goods back in good condition we will refund the payment minus the shipping and a 25% re-stocking fee.

Returns

All returns must be in the original packaging and all items un-used or un-opened within 7 days of receipt. Once goods are returned a refund less carriage and re stocking charges will be issued within 7 days providing you have informed us in writing within the 7 day period post delivery date. We offer free telephone support to customers for printing techniques and colour profile settings. An operators inability or lack of knowledge in these matters is not acceptable as a reason for return. A re-stocking charge of 25% will apply for consumables, equipment returns will be considered on an individual basis but will be subject to charges and a re stocking fee of 25%. We are not responsible for any waste created or wet parts (parts that touch ink) damaged by operator error.

Ink

We cannot refund or exchange ink cartridges / bottles that have been opened, so please ensure any ink you purchase is the correct ink for your system.
