Although this doesn’t work for my tank and I’ve taken it down….I have a feel if I did proper prep or applied it differently I may have had more luck. So I am hesitant to remove any stars.I have a 20L rimmed tank with guppies and shrimp. The guppies hunt my shrimp babies and I was desperate. That being said desperate didn’t mean I was going to buy something that looked cheap or flimsy. So I had to be very picky and shop for some time. I’m sure if you’re here reading my review you’ve seen the flimsy cheap dividers and will understand.This divider is not flimsy, cheap or anything in between. It’s high quality, thick “plastic” or whatever it is.I like the many options for a custom fit. I ordered for my 20L rimmed tank. The fit was exact.The way it attaches to the glass gave me some hope there wouldn’t be any gaps. I will say it was very minimal compared to others. Yet for what I wanted did not work. My large guppies could squeeze through. The babies and my shrimp had no issue what so ever swimming through the sides.I think it could be 50% my fault. Maybe I didn’t adhere it enough to the wall. Leaving the suctions to lift and leave a larger gap. So idk how to really comment if it’s an issue with the design.I also believe a divider should be siliconed to the glass in some way in a dry aquarium. THIS divider would be perfect for that method and be completely sealable.If you have larger fish then this divider is great either way. They won’t be able to fit.I do highly recommend this divider. It’s the best you’re going to get PERIOD on Amazon.

We endeavour to process orders received by 13:30 (pallet and oversized orders by 12:00) Monday-Friday for same day despatch. Intervening holidays such as Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and other public holidays may affect delivery times.

 

All orders are insured, tracked and shipped with DHL or delivered on one of our company vehicles.

Items Damaged In Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, your rights will be affected unless you report it to us within 48 hours. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, you should sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly.

Subject to our Terms & Conditions, once the damaged goods are received back at our distribution centre, we’ll issue a replacement or credit note and full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

If immediate replacements are required we will invoice you for these goods.

 

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order please email [email protected] as soon as possible. We will refund all payments less any carriage charges incurred within 7 days. If an order has shipped, you will need to return it unopened, once we receive the goods back in good condition we will refund the payment minus the shipping and a 25% re-stocking fee.

Returns

All returns must be in the original packaging and all items un-used or un-opened within 7 days of receipt. Once goods are returned a refund less carriage and re stocking charges will be issued within 7 days providing you have informed us in writing within the 7 day period post delivery date. We offer free telephone support to customers for printing techniques and colour profile settings. An operators inability or lack of knowledge in these matters is not acceptable as a reason for return. A re-stocking charge of 25% will apply for consumables, equipment returns will be considered on an individual basis but will be subject to charges and a re stocking fee of 25%. We are not responsible for any waste created or wet parts (parts that touch ink) damaged by operator error.

Ink

We cannot refund or exchange ink cartridges / bottles that have been opened, so please ensure any ink you purchase is the correct ink for your system.
