They are specially designed with low noise and vibration making them perfect for nervous horses or horses being clipped for the first time. They also have a reliable brushless motor which can be used frequently without heating up, perfect for people who want to use them every day or just now an again. The Harmony Plus Clippers are convenient cordless clippers that run for approximately 90 minutes, again, perfect for preventing nervous horse’s moving and standing on any wires. If you were worried 90 minutes wouldn’t be long enough to finish your clip don’t worry, there’s also the option to separately buy an external battery or use the mains adaptor which is included, meaning you can plug them in if you needed to. Completed with an easy to change blade system giving you flexibility when clipping so you can clip the thickest of coats on a horse, then easily change the blade to clip your dog as well! We endeavour to process orders received by 13:30 (pallet and oversized orders by 12:00) Monday-Friday for same day despatch. Intervening holidays such as Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and other public holidays may affect delivery times.

 

All orders are insured, tracked and shipped with DHL or delivered on one of our company vehicles.

Items Damaged In Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, your rights will be affected unless you report it to us within 48 hours. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, you should sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly.

Subject to our Terms & Conditions, once the damaged goods are received back at our distribution centre, we’ll issue a replacement or credit note and full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

If immediate replacements are required we will invoice you for these goods.

 

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order please email [email protected] as soon as possible. We will refund all payments less any carriage charges incurred within 7 days. If an order has shipped, you will need to return it unopened, once we receive the goods back in good condition we will refund the payment minus the shipping and a 25% re-stocking fee.

Returns

All returns must be in the original packaging and all items un-used or un-opened within 7 days of receipt. Once goods are returned a refund less carriage and re stocking charges will be issued within 7 days providing you have informed us in writing within the 7 day period post delivery date. We offer free telephone support to customers for printing techniques and colour profile settings. An operators inability or lack of knowledge in these matters is not acceptable as a reason for return. A re-stocking charge of 25% will apply for consumables, equipment returns will be considered on an individual basis but will be subject to charges and a re stocking fee of 25%. We are not responsible for any waste created or wet parts (parts that touch ink) damaged by operator error.

Ink

We cannot refund or exchange ink cartridges / bottles that have been opened, so please ensure any ink you purchase is the correct ink for your system.
