I literally never write reviews. And I RARELY buy the same product twice let alone 10 times. This is the absolute best sugaring product out there. I have been using this product for a year and a half now consistently, and it works so well.Some background: I used to shave, found a sugaring professional in my town and loved the results. Didn’t want to have to pay/go back anytime I needed a touch up/armpit sugar so I started learning myself. My sugaring lady gave me some really good tips!It totally helps if you have someone do it on you who has done it before, but it ALSO takes awhile to get the flicking motion just right AND you NEED to take into consideration the weather/ambient temperature!!!!TIPS:I always need to use so much more sugar in the summer than the winter because when it’s hot it just gets all gloopy and doesn’t work right, I usually have a towel with an ice cube wrapped in it to run it over the areas to cool them down, especially underarms.I would not use the powder that comes with the initial kit, just use baby powder to prep.DO NOT be tempted to shave in between sugars!! If you can’t stand even just a little hair then maybe this isn’t for you, but the more you sugar the finer your hairs become (I had SUPER dark leg hair from 15 years of shaving) and now that I’ve been doing it for a year I barely notice my leg hairs until they’re like a half inch long 😅 now they’re so fine I can pluck them with my fingersThe plastic flicking tool is key to keep the sugar as cool as possible- my sugaring lady just uses her gloved hand but the commercially available sugar is a lot more specific/dynamic than this one but honestly this one’s all you need at your house.I definitely gave myself bruises in the first few months but now I’m almost pro- I still go to my lady every so often to help me get the hard to reach spots but I use this product so so much to stretch the time between appointments!!Literally thank you guys for making a product that barely anyone makes and making it so readily available, I love my lifestyle change bc of it.

We endeavour to process orders received by 13:30 (pallet and oversized orders by 12:00) Monday-Friday for same day despatch. Intervening holidays such as Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and other public holidays may affect delivery times.

 

All orders are insured, tracked and shipped with DHL or delivered on one of our company vehicles.

Items Damaged In Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, your rights will be affected unless you report it to us within 48 hours. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, you should sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly.

Subject to our Terms & Conditions, once the damaged goods are received back at our distribution centre, we’ll issue a replacement or credit note and full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

If immediate replacements are required we will invoice you for these goods.

 

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order please email [email protected] as soon as possible. We will refund all payments less any carriage charges incurred within 7 days. If an order has shipped, you will need to return it unopened, once we receive the goods back in good condition we will refund the payment minus the shipping and a 25% re-stocking fee.

Returns

All returns must be in the original packaging and all items un-used or un-opened within 7 days of receipt. Once goods are returned a refund less carriage and re stocking charges will be issued within 7 days providing you have informed us in writing within the 7 day period post delivery date. We offer free telephone support to customers for printing techniques and colour profile settings. An operators inability or lack of knowledge in these matters is not acceptable as a reason for return. A re-stocking charge of 25% will apply for consumables, equipment returns will be considered on an individual basis but will be subject to charges and a re stocking fee of 25%. We are not responsible for any waste created or wet parts (parts that touch ink) damaged by operator error.

Ink

We cannot refund or exchange ink cartridges / bottles that have been opened, so please ensure any ink you purchase is the correct ink for your system.
