These are VERY cute! I like the motivational phrases on each as well. It makes it nice if you give one or two away as gifts! Very aesthetically pleasing, the cap for the correction tape end is definitely more durable and stays on much better than the cap on the adhesive tape side. I’ve found the correction tape doesn’t adhere as well as some other brands initially, especially if it’s warm from being in your pocket or a hot environment. If you press it gently with your finger it does well though. IMMEDIATELY as soon as I showed my boss exactly what it was and how to use it, he was very impressed and actually stole another from my pencil case lol. The ONE major grievance that I have with this product, my favorite color one with the gradient pink and purple, the adhesive tape side appeared to run out of sticky stuff! I had just used it once to demonstrate to my coworker what it was and suddenly it refused to turn anymore! I tried every gentle method, and not so gentle method thinking maybe the tape had gotten twisted inside somehow and stuck to itself but I couldn’t see any physical reason as to why it simply wouldn’t work! There was no way I could manually turn it with a small object like is present on the Mr. Pen mini correction pens (a VERY helpful and useful feature). I would have had to pull the pen apart and that would most likely have broken it altogether, and then I wouldn’t even be able to use the correction tape either. So I tried to pull a little of the tape loose at the tip with the top of a fine-tip pen…and none of it was sticky. I don’t know how the pen works exactly, I don’t know if there’s some magical glue inside the tape glides across or if the adhesive is already on the tape itself…I’ll dissect it when the other side runs out lol. But I pulled a couple of inches of tape out with the pen tip and it appeared to be at the end. I HOPE there’s not just a tiny bit of the sticky tape in all of them…I’ll be very sad. But honestly at their price point I can’t be mad at it! I used my translator to see if there were instructions in Mandarin, but sadly no. Only how to help prevent detachment and breakage by not using either side in an S-shape. I will report back and update my review once I’ve used the remaining pens more. They’re really pretty though, and a very smart concept! I hope the one pen was just a fluke…

All orders are insured, tracked and shipped with DHL or delivered on one of our company vehicles.

Items Damaged In Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, your rights will be affected unless you report it to us within 48 hours. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, you should sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly.

Subject to our Terms & Conditions, once the damaged goods are received back at our distribution centre, we’ll issue a replacement or credit note and full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

If immediate replacements are required we will invoice you for these goods.

 

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order please email [email protected] as soon as possible. We will refund all payments less any carriage charges incurred within 7 days. If an order has shipped, you will need to return it unopened, once we receive the goods back in good condition we will refund the payment minus the shipping and a 25% re-stocking fee.

Returns

All returns must be in the original packaging and all items un-used or un-opened within 7 days of receipt. Once goods are returned a refund less carriage and re stocking charges will be issued within 7 days providing you have informed us in writing within the 7 day period post delivery date. We offer free telephone support to customers for printing techniques and colour profile settings. An operators inability or lack of knowledge in these matters is not acceptable as a reason for return. A re-stocking charge of 25% will apply for consumables, equipment returns will be considered on an individual basis but will be subject to charges and a re stocking fee of 25%. We are not responsible for any waste created or wet parts (parts that touch ink) damaged by operator error.

Ink

We cannot refund or exchange ink cartridges / bottles that have been opened, so please ensure any ink you purchase is the correct ink for your system.
